At Les Bonbons de Grand-Mère, we consider our site to be like a real-life store. And so, like any local store, customers should be able to ask questions, request advice, and even make complaints (although of course we hope that never happens!).
This is the philosophy that we apply when serving you, and we make it a point of honour to deal with your requests and provide answers to your questions as quickly as possible.
Please note that due to the small size of our family business, your emails, texts, Facebook messages and phone calls are all handled directly by the owners.
