The pecan is naturally rich and buttery — it barely needs help. Roasted and caramelised inside copper glowing from a live flame, then finished with a whisper of fleur de sel, it becomes something else entirely. Sweet, salty, impossibly crunchy. You won't stop at one. 150 g.
